- If any new item you buy from us fails during the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will provide a no-charge loaner while we assist you in dealing with the manufacturer to correct the problem.
- If an eligible item fails after the manufacturer’s warranty expires, we will provide a 50% discount off the normal rental rate while we assist you in dealing with the repair, for as long as you own the gear.
- New in 2020: We provide a 20% discount off of our base hourly labor rate for repairs on eligible items you purchase from TC Furlong, for as long as you own the gear.
